Sahar joined NCARD in 2016, overseeing all three divisions: Nasseri Clinic of Arthritic and Rheumatic Diseases, Jean Walter Infusion Center, and Noor Laser MedSpa. In 2019 and 2020, she earned her CMPM (Certified Medical Practice Management) and CRMS (Certified Rheumatology Management Specialist). 

Sahar’s commitment to healthcare excellence led her to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Management in 2023. She also obtained expertise in Health Information Management and Data Analytics, demonstrating her dedication to the field.
